Hogan Ephrain played 40 mins for the Chairboys on Saturday after signing last week coming on as a second half sub, looked class although clearly not fully match fit but helped us to come back from a goal down to win and go back to the top of League 2 could well be an inspired signing by Gareth Ainsworth
I always liked Hogan. A good professional who was full of enthusiam and always gave his all. Always wanted him to succeed when he donned the hoops as he can produce pieces of magic - i particularly remember his input @ Bramell Lane in our first promotion year - but perhaps not quite consistent enough and a teeny bit lightweight for the upper echelons of professional football. Good luck to him with wild thing.
Great signing for you. Always liked him. When you get him up to speed he'll deliver for you for sure. I see our old left back Mauro Milanese is now manager of the Orient. Best of luck to him too.
Echo everyone's thoughts on here, great pro who will always give his all. I often think some of our fans forget how good he was in the first half of our title winning season.
good luck to him. thought he deserved a go when we first went up. Not sure why he never really got a go after we went back down. Wish him all the luck in the world
He didn't really cut it in MLS with Toronto FC in 2013 playing with a poor team. He seemed out of shape when he arrived, although his play improved with fitness, but always a bit lightweight. His MLS stats, no goals, no assists say it all. Perhaps he has found his level now with Wycombe. Ephraim had joined TFC on February 27, on loan from the then-English Premier League side. He made 11 league appearances for TFC, plus another in the Amway Canadian Championship, but did not register a goal or an assist in either competition. http://www.mlssoccer.com/news/article/2013/06/04/toronto-fc-place-midfielder-hogan-ephraim-waivers
Cheers Guy, I hope he does the business for Wycombe tonight mate! He is in my opinion the right sort of player, a good attitude and I hope he shines for your team!
The football TV channels available here generally do not broadcast lower league games, but with the general lack of games during the international break, Bet365 live stream might cover this match for me to watch after work today. Hope your lot make out better than we did against Burton in our League Cup match, when we were literally.......... please log in to view this image

0-0 still I see after 33 mins - by the look of that Wycombe bench (only 4), Ainsworth perhaps needs to add his name to the team-sheet! Wycombe Wanderers 01 Ingram 02 Jombati 18 Rowe 26 Mawson 03 Jacobson 10 Bloomfield 15 Murphy 22 Kretzschmar 11 Wood 31 Ephraim 09 Hayes Substitutes 07 Cowan-Hall 08 Lewis 12 Craig 13 Richardson Burton Albion 01 McLaughlin 22 Lenihan 02 Edwards 14 McCrory 03 Cansdell-Sherriff 11 MacDonald 04 Mousinho 20 McGurk 23 Palmer 09 Beavon 10 Akins Substitutes 05 Taft 08 Weir 12 Blyth 18 Knowles 24 Slade 25 Weale 27 Harness
Good link - just got back from work with Wycombe 2-0 down, they get back in the game scoring from the penalty spot, to go 2-1 with everything to play for, now poor defending allows Burton to head in a goal to go 3-1 up, then Wycombe think they have scored, but it is ruled offside - a pretty exciting 5 mins! 20 min to play. Seems like a hard fought match, sensibly refereed after a silly fisty-cuffs with just a single yellow card given to the perpetrator.
Oh well, it's funny to see like Gerry Francis, Gary is keeping a former QPR player tradition alive of keeping his mullet!
He didn't look quite right as he was led off, correct decision - quite a bit of time to play with 10 men since all subs used - 11 min of injury time.
