Nope, just at the end of November, as I'm planning two cup competitions. The European one will end first.

We'll have a League Cup later, so everyone will be involved in a cup at some point... before the crap predictors start whinging <laugh>

I'm assuming that being in the second flight (and having a teeny, tiny penis) excludes me from being part of this elite club?

Just when we thought he'd got things together, Pards shows he's as mad as ever...

Alan Pardew: Management is like assembling Ikea furniture

Newcastle boss Alan Pardew has compared his management to assembling Ikea furniture.
Pardew, 53, survived calls to be sacked following a poor start to the season, but the Magpies have won their last three games in all competitions.
"It's like Ikea furniture packs. You can't get to the end; you've got to do all the little bits to get there, and it takes time," Pardew said.
"I've done a few because my wife's Swedish. You've got to box it down."
He added: "It's about doing that little bit first, and if you get that wrong, the second bit doesn't work. If you get the second bit wrong, the third bit definitely isn't working.
"If you're in the coaching or managerial world, you actually segment it down. We've put some blocks in place that now gives us some sort of thing to hinge on to."
Newcastle, who are 14th in the Premier League table - two points above the relegation zone - face Liverpool at St James' Park on Saturday.

WTF? I think Pards is missing a screw or two.

....interesting selection. Seriously, I can't call the outcome, I wold have preferred Aarons over Sammy and maybe swap at H/T? Glad for Abeid getting his first prem start though, he was solid and efficient on Weds night. Thats a powerful midfield trio. Come on lads!

Get Aarons on Johnson. I reckon he could give him a lot of grief. Shame about Megamind though. He was just starting to look like he could do well for us this year.

Pity Obertan had to go off as his pace was too much for their defenders, however, it gives another big chance for our Aaron to show them just how pacy he is.

Don't want to be greedy, but Liverpool are so ****...

I know they'll bring on Lallana and Lambert and the game will change, so hoping we get a goal before the 60th minute. Cabella on for Sammy on 60, Perez for Cisse on 70.
