    Good Morning Everyone,

Neil Redfearns under 21's thrashed their Burnley counterparts 3-0 last night. Can this man do no wrong?

    What for it......

A goal from David Norris, and two goals from Noel Hunt....

Doukara will be back from suspension on Saturday. Do you expect him to go straight back into the starting line up?

The Redfearn will he or won't he scenario rages on. He and Cellino we locked in talks for the majority of the afternoon, but both have refused to buckle regarding Redders financial demands. Its good to see Celino not being pushed around like a door mat, but, what if Redders walked?

Morning El - Personally I want to hear Redfearn is staying as academy coach and we are appointing a decent proven coach. When Redfearn hits a bad run I just don't see it working him returning to the academy role. He is in the spotlight other clubs alerted to his credentials and we will lose him. Bookmark my prediction that within 12 months Redfearn will no longer be at Leeds.

If that isn't bad enough imagine him taking the young talent with him, appointing Redfearn will be a massive long term mistake for a possible short term fix. Remember how we all felt about his appointment last time, we all said no but 5 games later he is a saviour?

Don't think it was an under 21 game Elland, just a behind closed door friendly. Quite a few seniors playing to give them a run out from what I read somewhere. Glad to see Redders standing up to Cellino, as I said yesterday I am rapidly going off the man. He has no respect for people at all. Wish the football league could rid us of him. I don't believe we would go under without him. Not gonna happen though sadly.

Many assuming Redders will be a success given his great academy work and recent four match cameo. Hope he is. An awful game at weekend to start with. Cant remember us beating Cardiff too often in recent times and the last thing this team or coach need right now is another defeat

Bloody hell, knew they were a bogey team but thats ridiculous.Maybe thats why Redders is stalling and he doesn't want the job full time till after the weekend.
If results go wrong, table may not make pretty reading Saturday night

You're not wrong there, something of a poisoned chalice the Leeds job at the minute. Bookies have Cardiff as pretty heavy favourites at the minute too, not surprising given our recent run really.

Redders and Cellino have sorted the salary out, just gotta agree the number of games before the sacking now!

Good morning Matt and co from a now sunny Cote de Bardsey
I still think Redders doesnt have a lot to negotiate with having little or no experience of running a big club
What a start if he takes it Cardiff areal bogey team so much so in the early fifties we were drawn at home to them 3 years in sucession in the third round of the cup at ER WE lost 2-1 everytime Gerry Hitchens was the torn in our side he went on to play for England and play in Italy a real centre forward!I have been to Cardiff and seen us win 2-0 so lets hope thats repeated on Sat
I hope he lets Montenegro play instead of Doukara and Cooper instead of Pearce but I thgink the latter is unlikely
i STILL Have great confidence in Cellino he will get it right

I see Lee Clark just got appointed at Blackpool, so it seems managers are willing to take on crazy jobs after all...
