The design is completed. The interior design is completed. The club are looking for caterers etc. Unless you have eighty grand for a pitch you won't have any say either.
If they are not bothered about what we have too say...... why are they asking?? Is it not a case that the club will say... we want this this and this........ and the caterers will say ok... it will cost you this??

It will cost BS - BCFC nothing and they will action? The same as the last survey. Is it not a case that the club will say... we want this this and this........ and the caterers will say ok... it will cost you this?? No, not necessarily. Units/spaces are being offered at a lease/rental per season , that outlay will have to be recouped by businesses selling what they want. Take the bar facility in the Williams legends, it appears those responsible will almost certainly be priced out the redevelopment, the price of a pint =? x the custom won't meet the projected operating costs because BS want far more in future than the rental now.
The only persons that don't know that half time last approx 18 minutes are the club. How many fans can one person serve in 18 minutes? Why not have vending maxchines with chocolate bars crisps and small boxed drinks in? Under elf and safety we are not allowed to be trusted to put hot water into a cup. Also why not have a food trolly, going round pitch side during the half time break with chocolate bars crisps and small boxed drinks on board?
10% of the crowd would like a "item" plus a drink and need change/pay it takes 15 secs minimum to serve crowd is 12000 so 1200 people need serving 20 mins is roughly time to be serving ( some will go early some come back late) so 20 x 60 = 1200 available so 1 person can serve 80 people 4 sides to ground so say 300 per side so would need 16 serving minimum ..flat out non stop.. in reality it would be longer, everything would need to be pre prepared, no hold ups, indecisions and most having right money.....

The club don't run most of the catering a national company doing clubs from City to Spurs do and they will know all the rules and know how to make their money. Thats the way it works you cant tell a company who have paid a lot of money to the club to run their own catering what they will sell as they have to make their own money first and foremost to break even. and make a profit. A food trolley might be alright for the red and white cafe but the red and white and nearly all local business wont be able to afford the heavy prices BS not City who are running the show now are asking.
