I thought you knew that as its a non-league thing. No it won't happen Saturday as you'll be segregated by a piece of string.

Are any of you popping down? The forecast is a glorious sunny day! Kemp the manager has been on Wessex FM saying he wants the home fans to make it a fortress! Yea great saying that when the rovers fans will out number the locals 5 to 1

I'm going to Abbotsbury early morning to do a spot of fishing, up to watch the game punch some players & horses and may well stay over in Weymouth tomorrow night depending if Mrs Gas can get tomorrow off work.

All you need to know about Saturday's opponents

Bristol Rovers take a break from league action this weekend as they take on Dorchester Town in the FA Cup Fourth Qualifying round.

Opposition: Saturday's opponents currently occupy 16th place in the Evo-Stick Premier Division South league table having picked up 17 points from 15 games. The clubs hoem form has been much more promising that their away form picking up 4 wins, 2 draws and 3 losses at the Avenue Stadium this season.

Dorchester were founder members of the Conference South in 2004, but were relegated to the Southern League at the end of last season after being beset by financial problems.

The Magpies are not strangers to FA Cup glory having a number of good runs in the FA Cup Having met Norwich City, Queens Park Rangers, Port Vale and most recently Plymouth Argyle where now Bristol Rovers player Jake Gosling scored the winner for Dorchester to eliminate Plymouth from the competition.

Dangerman - Nick Crittenden: The Dorchester midfielder has had a long career having started as a youth player for Chelsea. His career has taken him to Yeovil, Aldershot and Weymouth before signing for the Magpies in the summer of 2008. The 35 year old wide man has been ever present for Dorchester this season, most recently netting in the clubs 3-3 draw with Bideford where the Magpies scored in the 89th, 92nd and 94th minutes to rescue a point.

Darrell’s View: “Dorchester have had a good cup run a few years ago where they beat Plymouth but they’re a good non-league club.

“I went to watch them myself Tuesday night and they have got some players that can hurt you on the day.

“We take each game as it comes and Dorchester are another difficult test and their lads are going to be really up for it but for me it is about us and if we are on our game then we will go through."

Team News: Daniel Leadbitter serves the first match of his three game suspention following his red card against Forest Green last weekend.

Last Meeting: This will be the first time that these sides have met in a competitive fixture with both sides meeting in pre-season action most recently in 1993.

Listen Live: Unable to make the trip to the Avenue Stadium tomorrow? Then you can follow all the action from 3.00pm as Bristol Rovers take on Dorchester Town LIVE on Gas Player.

That was one of the best features of Eastville, being able to change ends at half time. Always remember chatting with the away supporters.

Why did violence between fans have to spoil the atmosphere of football?
