Aluko just seemed to fall over the ball when he had some danger at the edge of the area. Alex is alright. We were solid until the final minutes (and substitution). Dawson not playing but the defence didn't suffer, maybe communication was better there.

a very good all round performance today. A point at each of the Emirates and Anfield a great effort by all concerned. In the top half again showes we can hold it with the best.

The people who dislike Alex will not be swayed by this game.

Great point but the worst thing about today was that 0-0 was available at 21/1 on Betfair before KO and I never took the fooker!

Brady hasn't really done bad this season at all when he's had the chance. Our passing was great today as well and Brady contributed there no doubt. Diame still our player of the season at this point for me.

Defence reminiscent of last season. Hung on for the last 15 but it's about time we didn't concede at the death.

Obviously 0-0 at Anfield for Hull City is an admirable result, but on a minor note, but does anyone think we're selling ourselves a bit short? With some of the players in our squad, I feel we don't utilise the likes of Ben Arfa, Thudd, Ramirez, etc best by playing so many long balls. On the few occasions when we do knock it about we play some really nice stuff and created 3 decent (and our 3 only) chances, I'd just like to see us approach the game with a bit more emphasis do so.

Good result though, we certainly don't look like one of the worst 3 teams in the division.

Before the game it did seem to be the most unlikely result.

This is what I was saying, the kicks out weren't needed. We could have passed it from the back and held possession longer rather than just giving it back to them.

Great performance from all the boys, Jak was excellent, Brady shadowed and kept Sterling quiet all game.

Agreed. I'd like to think we'll do so against lesser teams but Bruce never really seems to set the team up that way. Don't want to seem like someone taking a pop at the team after an impressive result I'd just like to see us utilise the quality we have. Honestly, I think if you matched our starting XI up to Liverpool's today, man-for-man, I don't think there's an awful lot in it. They really are a shadow of the team they were last year, especially with Sturridge out. Wouldn't be surprised to see them straight back into the same scenario as they were in for numerous seasons prior to last, finishing 5th-8th.

Plenty were slagging him off on here during the arsenal game, big gobed clueless buggers, not proper fans who get behind all there players. you don't give a player a new contact if he's rubbish, same with alluko, wev seen what he can do, he'll come good again

She's obviously short of clothes. When did Carlsberg stop being LFC shirt sponsors? And Karoo being ours?

[Edit: or it's a very old pic]

We're a million miles away from being in a relegation scrap this year. We'll finish top half.

    Absolutely ****ing superb today.

Very proud of my home town club.

You'd expect Chelsea, Man City, Man Utd, Arsenal, Southampton, Liverpool, Tottenham, Everton to occupy the top 8 places. West Ham look very impressive at the moment, but past that I don't see any reason we couldn't finish 10th-13th, which I think would be a very decent season.

No, but it looks like she fell out of the ugly tree, hit every branch and twig on the way down and finished by landing on the ugly rocks.

I'm guessing based on the shirt the bloke behind her is wearing it is a recent one.
