    * But there is an I in team if you're Italian and speak Italian. Not everyone is an English speaking native!

I've never understood people swapping shirts at half time. What? You can't wait another 45 mins to get someone else's sweat stained cotton?

Obviously Balotelli was subbed off because the kit man had no second shirt for Mario- with no shirt to play in, someone else had to come on.

It seems "wrong" to do it, but it's hardly the most heinous of footballing crimes.

Anybody trying to make a big issue out of it is just stirring it.

    As for this:
Well, it's a stupid, trite remark anyway.
Was that Lawro again? He should have learned long ago that trying to appear clever is a step too far for him.

Agreed, not right but it isnt a massive issue at all. We have far more important things to be worrying about

  5. Doesn't matter who instigated it, Mario could have said "yes, after the game though"

I noticed at the end of the game arbeloa asked Gerrard to swap, as he started to take his shirt off Gerrard stopped him and pointed to the tunnel as in 'wait until we're off the pitch' and that was at the end! Class act

Personally, I think Balotelli just wanted to check out Pepe's chest.

  11. Half-and-half scarves
    Leaving early
    Players wearing gloves
    Play acting
    Players kissing the club badge
    Fans wearing full kits
    Booing your own team
Your own name on a club shirt
    Arriving late
Recording the action on your phone

The ones in bald I agree with, what is wrong with the others? Kissing the badge is only bad if they've done it loads of clubs. Some people need to get a life, Not liking split scarves or full kits? Aren't this part of a match day atmosphere? <doh>

Personally, I'm not sure what the big deal is. I think some people just want to moan for the sake of it and to try and look 'honourable' and 'noble'.
