thats because he is mate. Was always goinmg to be a learning curve for charlie. He'll get us goals but he'll also miss. Margins in the Prem are so slight that we can only afford a few misses
Same starting team apart from Vargas in for Charlie. I think they deserve the opportunity to continue.
I would only make a couple of changes, Sandro, Henry & Fer seem to have similar roles, we only need 2 out of those 3 for Villa to allow Kroncjar to come in to play just behind the front 2 and I think Vargas should start.... McCarthy Ned, Dunne, Caulker Isla, Henry, Fer, YSY Nico OBZ, Vargas
I wouldn't say so, first half against Liverpool Sandro and Henry were DM and Fer was a AM, Fer was playing further up the pitch getting in the box while they were sitting. When Sandro went off he then went back along side Henry and to be honest didn't look good there. Fer is not a DM while the other two are.
With 3 at the back, it is vital to have two holding midfielders who will cover behind the wing backs. Fer won't do this imo.
