The thing that I noticed (I attended yesterday's game BTW), is that Arsenal just **** around with the ball. You have great players and play a great style, but it's constantly a case of 'one pass too many'. There's a lot of passing between defenders and midfielders without really pressing forward and causing problems.

There was only Wilshere and Sanchez who actually had the intent to run at our defenders when they get the ball (when Wilshere wasn't falling over mind).

That, IMO, is the difference between Arsenal and the title. Manchester City, Chelsea etc. all have players that's first thought is "get into the box". Hazard, Aguero, Dzeko, Oscar, Diego Costa, Fabregas (sorry!) are all them sort of players.

I respect Arsene as a manager (sometimes) but it looks as though he needs to adapt his style of play a little now or else Arsenal will not even be close to finishing above 4th anytime soon.

I hear ya Sanj. Reading Guardiolas latest interview, he talks at length about how much he hates the "tikitaka" label and explains that passing for the sake of passing is meaningless. His teams pass to draw the defense out of position - pull defenders to one side, hit with pace on the other - and he's very successful at it. Arsenal are monotonous - minute 1 or minute 91. No change in tactics, no try something new, just reliance on someone, an individual, stepping up with a Sanchez moment. Regretting having a ticket to Anderlecht at home right now, seems pointless.

The crazy thing about Arsenal fans is that we all know we were financially restricted for many years due to the stadium. That's an irrefutable fact.

Despite that we managed to challenge and had became one of the Champions leagues most consistent teams.

Now we are finally able to compete without financial restrictions.in reality it's been 1-2 years on a level-ish playing field.

However It's obvious to see Wenger is making the same mistakes over and over. I guess that's the infuriating thing.

The last 18-24 months have made it clear to me that Wenger's limitations as a manager are not down to how much money he's had to spend.

I think numb as pointed out by another poster is the word to describe my feeling right now. There is little point in getting angry about our problems, because what's the point? The board are never going to sack Wenger and the man himself clearly thinks he is good enough to take us to the next level. Nothing is going to change at Arsenal for the next three years at least. It's just the same ****, in a different season.

Let's put this into perspective: 2 years after the financial constraints were loosened Wenger has guided Arsenal to their worst Premier League start EVER. The board will listen to the fans. If Wenger fails to make Top4 he will be hounded out. He could have bought himself time if he'd signed the players required, but he didn't. The frustrations are already showing just a few games into the season. The next run of games are crucial to his future with the club. If he makes it to the end of the season, he should gracefully step down then, but if this run continues he may not be given a choice.

But that's the thing. We won't finsish outside the top four. No chance. We are better than Liverpool and Spurs. Finishing in the top four is what Wenger does, and the board are more than happy with that.

That remains to be seen. I genuinely think it's under threat this season. Arsenal aren't a team right now and they're dropping points all over the shop. I want the club to succeed, I want them to be challenging for the title, not just top4. People power will eventually win. Wenger out.

You watch, we will go on a run and that will be enough to see us clinch top four. It's just so predictable and that's why it's so **** to watch.

I think the board would be inclined to keep him even if the team finish outside of the top four. Probably not if it's miles outside, but that's incredibly unlikely.

Wenger isn't going to be sacked no matter how much a group of our fans whine. The board are happy with him. I think he will see out his contract and retire.

I must admit to feeling pretty disillusioned with Arsenal right now. When I arrived home yesterday and saw we'd drawn, it didn't really surprise me.. there was more a feeling of careless indifference. I guess that stems from the fact that I know we're not really in the title race this season.

To be honest I am not sure what the aim is for this team this season. They certainly don't seem to know what they are supposed to be playing for.

Is it a case of take every game as it comes until we inevitably fall out of the title race, CL and the cups?

Last season winning the FA cup was a bonus for us but it's not led to the change in attitude I'd expected. We seem to have regressed.

My main issue with Arsenal is not the lack of tactical awareness or the lack of proper signings. It's the fact that there is no clear directive for the team at the start of the season and therefore no clear direction on the pitch. Every season we seem to either start extremely well and fade away, and end up in 4th. Or start extremely poorly, rally, and end up in 4th.

Either way there seems to be no meaningful change towards a particular type of mentality in games where we seem purposeless. The footballing philosophy is there, I get it, but it seems to me to be a purely cosmetic device, with no real depth or meaning to it. When we start to play football of substance I will begin to believe again.

How incredibly condescending. People are powerful, that's why it's called "people power." When the fans en masse start making noise, the club must listen. If your clients aren't happy, your business must react. This time, more than ever before, the fans aren't happy with Wenger personally rather than the board, Gazidis or anyone else.

I'm loving watching West Ham right now. We are playing some fantastic stuff with a little bit of route 1 BFS style mixed in and it's working a treat. Watching Arsenal right now is as boring as watching Stoke lump it all game long. Tip tap tip tap tip tap tip tap.. pass pass pass, tip tap tip tap... #yawn
