I feel that Tom gets closer inspection than most of our players.

For me, he's quite possibly our most important player. I know different people look for different things, but I think we'd look a hell of a lot worse without him in the team. I don't see why week on week, people seem so eager to trash him.

And the weight thing is rubbish too. He's a big stocky lad, not fat, and he works as hard as anyone in the team.

    Oh it's a joke.

I just assumed that it was an autocorrect error.

Livermore is a better candidate for England at the moment and he has gradually played himself back into form, Huddlestones injury explains a lack of form recently, giving away possession more than we are used to. He is much better bet than Wilshere as a holding midfielder though, Wilshere can't stay on his feet for more than two minutes. Tom Hundredstone, haha hilarious, are you from the NOT606 under 12's forum

If the likes of Delph and Colback are considered international quality, then yes, he should definitely be in the England squad.

Why would he wave to someone who doesn't go to games? He can't know where you are. <whistle>

Totally agree! he could be a great player, but instead of beating his man, he always takes a tumble! I find he's a waste!

Rarely we agree so much-we should keep on the same vein (actually on true soccer matters we usually do), but, also saw that he was suffering from a groin strain which must have affected his performance. And with all the mixed talk about his performance, it got me to thinking about times in the game when we were under pressure in our box; did not count, but it seemed more than a few times Huddlestone in a very calm manner collected the ball and made unhurried plays out of the box to free us from the pressures. This when many others resorted to hoof ball with the ball only go on to the opposition. There is no one better than Hudd at this. Gives him at least one qualification for an England spot.

Some of you ****s really are a drag, jumping on every ****ing bandwagon that rolls into town.

Currently it's the "Tom Huddlestone isn't as good as he used to be; it must be because he's fat" one. Get to ****. He's not standing out as much because the team around him has got better and better by the week.

Get to ****. Just get to ****.

I'd be absolutely delighted to see a Hull City player play for England - and as an England fan, I would like to see him given a chance, at least in a friendly.

Not sure he is going from this season's performances, I'd probably go:

    Diame
    Jela
    Robertson
    Chester
    Dawson

Yes I do, I've seen every single game this season. I dont attend home games out of principle but have you heard of this amazing new invention doing the rounds? It's called the internet. And on it, when your team is in the Premier League, you can watch the entire games

    Bloody amazing eh?

I think Huddlestone has been excellent this season, a lot better than he was towards the end of last season. After Dawson I thought he was our best player on Saturday.
