Certainly is. I love all the spaghetti westerns.

"My mule don't like people laughing, gets the crazy idea you're laughing at him." Fistful of dollars..... Brilliant!

    The dubbing was amusing.
    The story was amazing.

    Clint was Clint.
    Van Cleef was Van Cleef.
    Eli Wallach was immense. :p

Put it all together great stuff. :)

Found Soldier Blue to be boring for long spells mate.

Oh and I would have put "A Man Called Horse" in front of Hoffman.

Great film but I prefer Once Upon A Time in The West. It's even better.

Was it the sons of Katy elder when John Wayne slapped that lad round the head with a pick axe handle.

The Searchers over Chisolm for Wayne.
And although a good Clint film in Hang Em, imo this movie is way better.

Great music, I was listening to Ecstasy of Gold the other day while on my exercise bike. My little legs were going like billy-o.

I just remember seeing them both at the cinema and pissing myself at Little Big Man and being shocked at the blood letting of Soldier Blue (like the shot in the face scene).

I have never seen them since but I cant remember it being boring.

Don't think I have seen Man called Horse, I will need to look out for it.

Couldn't disagree more, that movie was cobbled together from other movies.

    Henry Fonda as a baddie?
    So wrong.

Yep saw them at the pictures too mate. Tried to pay in and they wouldn't let us in as it was an X.
We went round the back and used a piece of hardboard to open the emergency doors. :p
The lead actors in Soldier Blue I found really wooden.

You aren't a fan? I just love the whole thing but can understand why it isn't for everyone. I remember watching it with my dad back in the 70s and he hated it. I grew to love it after a few viewings, I particularly like the leitmotifs for the main characters and of course, the long lingering close ups of the faces of the characters. Classic Leone.

And Jason Robards plays one of my all-time favourite characters, just great.
