Wes used to take penalties, didn't he, and was pretty good at them? Grabban is very good at getting into scoring positions but he is totally wasteful. He should NOT be taking penalties.
I was wondering who else in our side could take pens, I couldn't remember if Wes did or not. Jerome has been more clinical this season, so he'd surely have been an option. That said, Grabban did score the last one on the rebound, and as a manager you don't want to destroy a striker's confidence by taking the responsibility off him for one mistake.
I'd go one step further and say he shouldn't be in the bloody team !!! Wastes chance after chance and can't even score from the spot !! ****ing grow a pair Adams and drop him from the team ffs !
He was VERY lucky to score the last one - the rebound could have gone anywhere. He just doesn't have the cool accuracy to be taking penalties. He has virtues, but a cool head is not one of them.

This is just getting worse. We were SO superior to Ipswich in that game that we looked at least a division better. Since then Adams has played the same team again and again and again and done nothing to get us out of this slump.
Now Grabban may be getting increasingly hard to defend, but I can only imagine in practice he has shown himself to be most adept. Bah!
