Just for info as I have missed the boat but, as mentioned on the Daily Thread, had I borrowed from my Piggy Bank I would have had £1600 on Alelchi Inois at 11/8. Pretty confident about this one.

Would have been nice to have just under evens about a 1/3 shot

Yes I would have taken the evens CH but, having missed the 11/8 and 11/10, and it then plummeting to odds on I thought sod it.

Just looked at the result, Won 30/100 in the end. The evs would have got me out of trouble and it was readily available before the money poured on. Ah well.

    Very fast time.

I'll get rid of my last £10 on an overpriced Smuggler's Cove in the Dewhurst 13/2 (general)

Well it was overpriced (in that it ended up 7/2) but didn't win. That's it; bit of a failure this time.

Final result of Series 4. Loss of £1,050

    Series 1. £10,203 Profit

    Series 2. £11,200 Profit

    Series 3. £2,700 Profit

    Series 4. £1,050 Loss

    Running Profit £23,053

I have decided to put my whole profit into a new Betting Bank. If I lose all that I'll be back to my original (fictitious) £10k

I'll call this the Betting Bank Final Series

I will bet big but not very often and the Series will end when either it's all gone or I reach £50k.
