Queens Park Rangers winger Michael Petrasso has joined Notts County on a 93-day emergency loan deal. The 19-year-old has already had a loan spell Leyton Orient this season and featured against the Magpies in their 1-1 draw at Meadow Lane last month. Petrasso, a Canada Under-20 international, signed a new QPR deal in April before making his only senior appearance for the club. Last season he scored for both Coventry and Oldham while on loan in League One. Petrasso will not be eligible for Notts in the FA Cup, but is cleared to play in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy as well as their league fixtures. He could make his debut against Crawley on Saturday. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29601186 Good move for Petrasso, he has no hope of getting a game for us. Shaun must know all about him so it is a vote of confidence in his ability. Hopefully the experience does him some good - we may need him next season.....
He may as well go on 3 year deal with Arry as Manager!! He loves youth with their desire, passion and dare I say it fitness.................
He could play like Ronaldo for Notts County, bag 30 goals by Christmas and it would not make a jot of difference.............Arry would never consider giving him a chance, not when we could sign and pay £60K/week for an underperforming has been in January.
