Tonight special guest Jason Netherton FFS. Rugbys over isnt it? Thought they would be on about the Parnaby stuff with an insight from a footballer.
Friday night someone was mentioning how poor the crowds were for the RL play-offs. Ah, chipped in yet another RL guest, that well maybe but the Grand Final will be sold out with 75-80,000. They always have to big it up, don't they? I did e-mail in to enquire how Man Utd would manage to fit in another 5,000 seats with their season going on. Much to my surprise it wasn't read out.
KR player plugging his testimonial. "Living in Hull is like living in a goldfish bowl when your a RL player". Its all everyone talks about apparently
erm no , i live next door to an FC player and ive not seen the paparazzi or screaming mobs haa , i only knew who he was when my other neighbour mentioned it
I've never heard of Jason Netherton either. I suppose it's an advantage of reading the HDM online rather than the print version. It's easier to avoid the egg-chasing stuff. They have someone called Murdoch on sometimes when I'm listening to RH. Apparently he played for one of the two RL teams. I really have no idea which.
murdoch is either a bloke who runs a building firm that has a quango style maintenance contract with the hospitals in hull, or of course he could be a global media mogul?
I don't think many Hull City fans listen because it's all rugby league on there , I think because it's the BBC they have to cover minority sports
