Routemasters seem to buy every kid up, but are not top of the under 21s

Everyone says ££££s set up is the best in the business but not top of the under 21s

but the crap UTDs under 21s are top, so why are UTDs youth set up so poor?

maybe a few ABUs would like to explain.

Chelsea buy the best then just ignore them until they can sell them at a profitt
City are waiting until their brand new complex is finished, all that building developement is bound to make the Elite Developement Squad play much better than anyone else.
United tend to just train and educate their players and give them the odd game in the first team. They will never improve like that.

But Routemasters best are not as good as UTDs

££££ players will be interesting to see when they play when the Development shed is finished
