He wouldn't be leaving if Nicola was still here. You do have to wonder about this board, their abilities and their intentions.
Never mind pepys. We'll do the usual thing and get someone else in who is cheaper and turns out to be better. Possibly from Holland.
Probably Signing him to try and work out how after playing 30mil for Shaw who plays a full season under a fitness freak manager, goes straight into world cup, has two weeks off and manages to come back unfit and overweight
I remember his first pre-season as a first team squad player, Shaw said that he'd let himself become unfit and that he'd learned from that, so at the beginning of last season he was letting everyone know that he'd learned his lesson and he was coming back properly fit. And he did, to be fair. Guess JWP is right about him though. He isn't bright enough to realise that you have to do be like that every pre-season.
Can we now change that bloody annoying "Let's all have a disco" to "Let's all have a meltdown"? Shock result, an employee from SFC is offered what is sure to be a better paid job with another club and chooses to accept. What I love about this story is that it continues the "MUFC in headless chicken mode" theme that has begun to run. DLTW, you are arguably one of the most insightful posters on this site. So what's the "he wouldn't have gone if Nicola was here" stuff? I accept that you know more than me about the politics of the place, but surely we did lose valued employees under Nicola? It's business. Good luck to Mr Radcliffe. Hello Mr Replacement and the business goes on.
