    This will end bad. Just when the side looked more settled under Neil, MC has to shake things up. Sometimes, its just better just to let things settle first, but he seems a bit of a control freak who needs to meddle.

    Thank you for your input but I actually think it would've been more damaging to the club to take Redfearn away from the youths.

    We needed to appoint a proper manager/head coach, not sure he fits the bill of what I personally was looking for. All of his previous interviews and pundit's views on him (the ones that actually know what he is like as a manager) actually seem quite worrying to me. I have no doubt he'll be better than Hockaday but I'm still astounded at Cellino's lack of desire to get a manager/head coach in with some pedigree and a view for the modern game. I hope it works out with Darko but it seems uninspiring to me.
