    SKP was and will always be an SAFC hero.but who els has been way up there?

    Bent was good for a time, but who was the better between, Rowell or Gabbiadini?

    Before injury Rowell was the best footballer/goalscorer I have seen over there since he debuted in 77. Could have played for any team.

    In my short time mate I'd have to say bent, imagine if we had another 20 goals for one of our strikers this season.

    Marco was a constant ray of sunshine on a pretty flat & pointless time for the club, the man is a major pert of the reason I love the club so much.

    We didn't have much, but we had Marco. Some ****ing boy he was, I've hunted in vein for his opening day goal down at Norwich, raker, outside of the boot, every fan in the ground home & away applauded it.

    Was he in the same league as Kev, Rowell... Na, but he was a player, no mistake.

    Powerful lad and his partnership with Gates was every bit as natural as Kev & Quinns, note Marco's clincher in the play off semi at the ****ehawks.

    Marco is probably my favourite ever striker we've had, but SKP is certainly the best.

    No striker will ever be Bally to me mind, and second to Bally is Dickie Ord.

    Marco probs nudges into 3rd ahead of Kubicki & Micky Gray.

    Played in the same school team as 'Lord Rowell' so got to go with him......for a Sunderland supporter to score a hat trick at Sid James Park has to be the ultimate dream....
