Are we playing at Anfield????? That was never a penalty, but just the sort that gets awarded for the YSB's
This is just terrible. How can referees continue to get away with handing out gifts when they see fit? Just plain ridiculous!
It was a soft penalty but there was a push, doesn't change the fact that Rafael was blatantly fouled just before.
It was a penalty but it was a foul on Rafael first. Still, you don't give the referee the opportunity to make that decision. Also, Leicester have been superb. Credit to them and their fans.
Leicester have been superb and yes Rafael shouldn't have been rash but that doesn't change the fact the referee has made a major mistake. Leicester are playing well but the referee has also given them a lot of leeway, particularly De Leat who should have been sent off by now. Shame that so often the referees ruin what is otherwise a fantastic game.
What a capitulation!!! I have to give the referee this one but we should never allow FOUR goals on the back of that. What a complete disaster this is.
****ing prick of a referee, if Van Gaal complains about him and gets a fine and / or touchline ban Utd should take FA to court. Bunch of pricks.
You can't take anything away from Leicester, they've player fantastic all match and it isn't their fault the referee is an absolute f**wit. We shouldn't have capitulated but at the end of the day with the right refereeing decisions Leicester would have gone down to 10 men in the first half and there's no way they would have had a chance to get that first penalty. The second penalty was just borne from frustration, doesn't make it right but it wouldn't have happened if the refereeing had been fair. I totally accept handing Leicester credit, but I can't say that the ref hasn't been shocking and heavily influenced this game.
It all came against the run of play because of one decision. If the ref didn't throw in his gift, we are talking about a game that could have ended 1-4. Pretty sad, actually.
