Regan Poole 1st Year scholar (age 16) at Newport County got his first start today (played 68 mins) after being twice on the bench in previous games .Do you think BCFC should do this with our scholars and get them involved early and gain the experience.(obviously at right time) Newport have had a few scholars on the bench in previous games and Swindon done it last year in the Cup game v Chelsea.
Totally agree!! But for the likes of Jack batten, Joe Morrell , Etc. they now need to be given the chance or if there not good enough at moment send them out on loan. There development is being held back unless they get some first team footy.
