This was our Hull result like last season, having the Derby id the best thing for us as they say 'form goes out the window.' They like to play similar to us and Lukaku will cause us problems.
Two footed challenge from Noble around 20mins. Keeper studs Borini early in the second half. Another two footed challenge around the 80mins mark (don't know the players name). All three were at minimum a booking but all three went unpunished with not even a freekick issued. The referee was a joke. However, that is not why we lost. We lost because we were twenty minutes late out of the changing rooms at the start!
Can we have stats to show how many passes Balotelli receives? A lot of the time I see him lose his marker and demand the ball and end up never getting it.

Skrtel: 3 No excuses, Just pants Lucas: 4 Better second half than first after he was substituted. Gerrard: 3 Pirlo? More like Pingu. Henderson; 4 Worst game in a Liverpool shirt for eighteen months. Sterling: 6 Too young to carry this team. Borini: 4 Effort but not one iota of quality. Balotelli: 4 Would be easy to say quality but no effort, but that's not fair. Just never got the ball into him apart from the goal. Subs: Lallana: 6 Why did we start without him? Sakho: 4 Should have started ahead of Skrtel, but that doesn't say much. Lambert: 3 Did we give him one cross? Replaced Borini and was expected to run down the channels like him. Rogers: 2 Be big enough to admit that you totally ****ed-up today, Brendan. Clueless, soulless formation. And we can't afford to play Gerrard and Lucas anymore. Outthought by Allardyce. FFS.
Last year which means it's irrelevant as you are always playing this years games....You know that Tobes...like last year you looked good defensively this year....errr.....
Thats a fair shout. He is strong and can hold the ball, lay it off and got the ability to turn on it. However, he is being marked tightly, I guess that will change with Sturridge back.
The strangest thing about the game was Liverpool weren't awarded a single penalty. WTF was that all about?!
There was at least 2 fouls on their players that didn't result in yellow cards as well, absolute disgrace
