Missed out on a ticket for Burnley so I am off to Lords for the one day final is anybody else going to Lords?
Problem with these finals at Lords in September is you generally get overcast humid conditions early on the morning, with the ball swinging like mad in the first hour. The final is effectively won at the coin toss with the winning captain putting the opposition in to bat. That said, I hope that I'm wrong and you see a great days cricket - with Durham edging it.
Have a good day topped with a win. Not a cricket fan but may watch the game until Sunderland kick off.
wish I was going, but i'll be glue to the telly. Bell is not playing for Warks..so hopefully we will edge it.
Got to get that Chopra out before he does some damage! Where have I heard that name before? I don't like it!
Ok now seen Sumderland win the the cup in 73 and Durham win at Lotds that's two things from the bucket list done. When will I get to watch the lads play in an away tie in a European cup?
