What a bunch of jokers this lot are, I swear Peter Swan has **** for brains, and David Burns is a disgrace to broadcasting.
I enjoy Burnsy's commentery, its everything else I can't stand. The thing that also annoys me about Humbersoide ( I know this is unfair) is the covergae that Scunny and Grimsby get. I know they are in Humbersides catchment area but I don't want to hear about them every single day. It always makes me laugh when I hear a Grimsby fan ring up and complain that their coverage is on AM radio.
Only the other week they missed a goal because they cut to Scunthorpe or Grimsby (can't remember which one). KCFM is better when I've tried it.
I agree and listen to KCFM regularly now, I just can't stand Swanny and things only get worse when Gwillym is brought on to commentate on the footy, struggles to even identify which team we actually are. Also Burnsy's voice seems to drone on imo however he is the best of a bad bunch and he does actually have a decent knowledge of the game, even if he is totally negative and breaks a load of crap "news" (I understand he has got it right a few times but the news of the Allams deal breaking down while it was being signed is nearly unforgiveable)
KCFM for me, although they also seem to have the usual range of mindless plonkers on the phones afterwards who seemed to have watched a completely different game to me (or listened on the radio!!).
I was thinking yet again the other day, just how does Gollum keep his job? I think it was BH Monday and they had some newsreader non sports 'specialist' read the sports news and she did an infinitely better job. Every time he is on I always wonder if the first time he read it was on air? Just practice you ****head!
Will they cover North Ferriby now that they've reached the heady heights of the Blue Square North? They're only a league below Grimsby and two below Scunthorpe, so it only seems fair.

It usually gets no live coverage at all, but surely with them being near the top of the non league pyramid, they should now get coverage, even if it's just Sky Sports News style updates. Think of how much it would improve their image if they were mentioned - it'd get people from outside the Hull area interested (I live in Harrogate now and still get Humberside crystal clear out here).
