Shame about Toby if he is out, but it'll be interesting to see who replaces. I'd have thought it would be Yoshida, given that he was already in possession of the spot and we only conceded one goal in the two games prior to him being dropped. But we spent what, £6m odd, on Gardos? And he did very brief introduction last weekend. So maybe it will be him.

This is the beauty of having good back up, I trust both Maya and Floren to come in and do a good job, they are both International CBs after all.

Huh, just realised "Graziano" works with the Cortese song.

Yes, they were singing it last week. Another mindless anti-portsmouth song survives. Just what we need.

    Betfair implied chances for today:

    38% Swansea win
    33% Saints win
    29% Draw

    Most likely score: 1-1

Not what I think, just what the money says.

Just proves what we all know...this game is unfathomable. When in doubt, go for 1-1. I did in the prediction thread....well, initially I went for 0-0 (which I still suspect) but changed it to 1-1 because I wanted to put Pelle as a goalscorer :).

I'm pretty sure there will be goals, Swansea let in 4 and scored 2 last week and Saints have scored 7 in their last 2 games....I'm going for a 2-1 Saints victory, with Tadic breaking his duck and Pelle to score.

Enjoyed a snippet of Ron's press conference on Sky. He was praising Boney in response to a question, but finished by saying that he hoped the Swansea manager wouldn't accuse him of trying to sign the player. That was a dig at the Paul Lambert who accused him of being disrespectful and underhand by saying that he thought Vlaar was a good player.

How does it work that of the three options draw is the least likely, but 1-1 is the most likely score?

Whoever is in place of Toby, I have confidence in them to get a job done.

Because people betting on a result don't think a draw is likely, but the ones who predicted a specific score had dozens of score possibilities and more selected 1-1 of the choices available. Not necessarily the same punters.

Monk on Sky talked of the players in the Saints team here when he was, including Tiss, Benali and Dodd,...spoke of how they helped him. Mentioned that several were approaching testimonials. Said he learnt a lot about loyalty from them.

Yeah, not quite sure their worst player would be an improvement to our team.

From a Swans point, I wouldn't pick Taylor, he can be a liability. But the rest would rely compliment your side. Have a good one lads after 5.00 :)

Because if you add up all the possible different scores, they add up to saying that a draw is the least likely result. In spite of that, the most likely individual score is 1-1.
