It cost a lot of money for a family of 4 to go to prem away games. So I would rather the full family go to home games then put money in the opposition pocket. Already been to Newcastle several times of my 72 league grounds and 14 non league grounds I have attended in the last 40 years. Any way it not like I miss the games as I watch them live with my Dreambox.
We are in the best position we have ever been in, Mr Allam is trying to generate some money for the club. He is also trying to make us (Hull City AFC) a global club so we are not just local. If it doesn't work out he could change it back to what the city fans want. Yes we have our own opinion but I think this would be better for the club. who is going to chant THE TIGERS THE TIGERS because I am.
Here I was thinking that the Premier League was one of if not the most marketed league in the world and just by being in it improves your global profile. Must be mistaken, turns out it's just your name that does that. Silly me.
Not another thread about this The FA are the only ones that can change this whether you protest or not. You are wasting your time, whatever you do or say won't change the FA's decision.
Another multiple account. Sad, sad ****er. I reckon 36-42, pot belly, a ginger Mrs with saggy tits, very friendly towards children but not to be left alone with them. Habitual internet groomer.
The ones who do go won't boo, they'll get behind their team and defend the name of their club by singing up on 19'04", as is always the case at away games. But of course you're every bit the fan they are etc etc.
Those in favour of the name change your wasting your time singing or booing inside the ground , The only people who can change the name are THE FA. JUST AS THE FA ARE THE ONES WHO SAID NO if you support the Allams name change you need to get in touch with the FA . Think you will find the fa will still say NO though In reality Assem Allam needs to accept that or do one . The choice is up to him
You mention Harold Needler but forgot about Don Robinson? He helped rise the club from the dead as did David Lloyd. Lloyd was new to football and especially Hull people and despite a lot of brave talk and a fair bit of investment funded from his own pocket he came unstuck. Robinson did it on a shoe string. Fabulous PR man, like a breath of fresh air for the club at the time.
Yes you are right Don Robinson was good for City but he was never the owner he and Fish just prolong the C Needler stay (The Tiger cola was Good). As for Lloyd, He didn't do his home work at the start with the lease to the Supermarket. Then he held that against the club and the fans with the splitting of the club and the ground Boothferry Park, That was the end of our home!
