    Good Morning Everyone,

And it is a very good morning to be a Leeds fan.

After an awful start last night, we finally found our feet, and the players put in one hell of a shift to destroy the Cherries 3-1.

Not only did the players show desire and character, but they passed the ball, and when necessary dug deep to grind out a result.

On the balance of play, can anyone say we didn't deserve the win?

Let's have a look at the league table.

Redders said he would be handing over Leeds United’s squad in a “far better position” than he found them in last month.

There are strong rumours that Slovenian Darko Milanic, the current manager of Sturm Graz, is in line to take charge shortly.

Milanic, 46 is understood to have spoken to Cellino on Sunday.

morning Elland-still worries me that we need to fall behind to wake up, but that being said, the 2nd half was immense last night. Best I've seen us play in a while.

Positives from last night-The Duke looks like he could a real handful all season, the bench finally looks like it has real options to use for the manager and Silvestri is, and I will not be convinced otherwise, the best goalie in the league. At the price we paid, an absolute bargain.

Still not convinced with Bellusci, awesome free kick aside-he is brilliant to watch (as a neutral) as you never know what he is going to do next!

Morning all. A smile on my face and a spring in my step thanks to a midweek win. The way this teams coming together is impressive and agree they're beginning to enjoy their big club chance. Silvestri cost 400k. Id suggest the lad is worth 30 times that and he's only a young lad. A special word for the fans though, listening on the live stream, they were amazing again. Hope the arrival of the new coach doesn't upset our progress but Redders has certainly done his reputation no harm at all. Wonder what auld rubbish mighty and the boys will be trying to dream up

    Morning Milky!!!

We were playing sooooo much better over the last two or three games.

Have we just clicked into gear or has Redders made a real difference?

    a) They're enjoying themselves.

    b) Playing for the shirt

Morning all. Well who saw that coming? Me neither. A fine performance after a shaky start. It's all coming together nicely. Would be great if Redders was still in charge come Saturday, as it would give him a chance of a 1st team farewell at home before he returns to the academy. Let's hope all his good work is not undone by whoever the newbie turns out to be.

    Role on Saturday.

Not too sure about that Ell.

We are all on cloud 9 this morning and rightly so, but lets not forget that we were that poor, on Sat at Brum, that some on here switched over and watched another match.

That said lets enjoy the moment.

Redders has helped no doubt, namely with his selections. Playing some of the younger players (Cook/Mowatt) was the right option, whilst Hockaday was persisting with the players that have done nowt previously.

The primary factor in the improved performances is simply due to the fact we have better players. Granted, the jury is still out on some of the signings (Ajose, Bellusci, Berardi, Bianchi-all of which I think will come good, but they are not consistent enough yet), but the likes of Doukara, Sharp, Antenucci, Sloth and Cooper are a vast improvement on what we had before. Combined with the likes of Cook, we have the makings of a very decent footballing side. And that's all before we see Adryan play, who was our marquee signing.

Feet on the ground though, all this group have proved so far is that they are capable-now they need to do it consistently

Morning elland and the Bianchi Ultras ... superb Tuesday night away win (yes, I said all of that together) ... it is clear the players are settling now, and losing the nerves of playing in the White shirt ... Italian players are a funny lot, the smallest thing upsets them and they down tools, but when they're confident and happy they play their hearts out, which makes you think that they weren't settled under Hock ... the goal celebrations said a lot, there was genuine passion there, and you could see they wanted success for the fans ... Cellino must get this appointment right so we can continue to see our talent grow together into what will become an unstoppable force ... we know the quality is there, glue it all together and we will be awesome

Got the shock of my life this morning when i went into the BBC Football forum, as i did not stay up last night to listen to the match, and i shall not stay up again? maybe i was a jinx  but looking at the stats it says we only had 39% of the play?? is that a true reflection anyone.

Morning all - No idea if we deserved a win or not to be honest as I only checked the score twice, first time we were 1-0 down and not sounding too good then hoping we might have scraped another draw I saw that we had won 1-3.

Looking at those three goals each and everyone of them was pure quality. To score three goals of such a high standard and not come away with three points would have been pretty unlucky.

The last time Redfearn took over or the last twice I seem to remember we didn't do too great, at least he has made amends this time around and he has put some pressure on the incoming guy. With only two more games this month Redfearn could have been on course for the manager of the month award.

With three of our next four games being at home let's hope the momentum grows as the players get accustomed to playing alongside one another.

The main difference this time with Redders, is he's actually taken over a quality squad. Most if not all of the new signings look decent or better. Previously he had to work with the limitations of a lot of the players we were lumbered with. Perfect example being players like Byram, Adryan and maybe Montenegro not in the side yet

Good result and a vastly improved second half performance. Redfearn was right though, they murdered us for 30 minutes and if they'd been more clinical they could've been out of sight by half time. We showed good character and quality in the second half but we have got to start playing the first half of games the play we play the second half!

I just saw some of teh saves Silvestri made. I'll be honest he was one I was not that sold on but I think he absolutely fantastic, been a while since I can remember being as confident in our goalie as I am now.
