Why are you comparing to Arsenal anyway? there's at least 2 better teams, maybe 3

It's not us you have to beat if you want to win the league

It isn't really whether we have 5-6 players who can get into the other team. Although with our first team now I would have thought it is now a given except for the chavs and $ity. It is whether we have the one player who can make the difference in most matches. We are only 1 match after the window closed but it looks like we have in Di Maria (and possibly Falcao) who can be that player.

By the close of the next transfer window I think we will have 5 players who could get into every team of the premiership bar none.

Comparing all our rivals. Already done chelsea. Liverpool we all know its most of ours because all our players would walk in the saints side and therefore tge liverpool side.

Only mercs play for city so might struggle there. Billion pound spurs are to expensive for this discussion.

It's easy to say that but have a look at Chelsea's starting 11, there's just no weaknesses in it. There's maybe one utd player that would improve it and even that's debatable

You say improve it but you dont know. Theres also massive gaping weaknesses in that side that we all know play on the mind of the bus conductor. Defensively suspect. Not something you would often say about chelsea but they have sure shipped a few goals more than usual. That will be their ever again, forever slowing defence.

They are also very thin up top. Remy is ok but nothing spexial. Long term injury to costa and suddenly they cant score yet concede for fun...

    Not so rosy after all.

2 centre backs maybe not the best they've had but that's Utd's weakest area if you're making a direct comparison

If we are gong purely on first eleven then I'd take one of your strikers, any of Rooney, falcao, or rvp would get in. But only one of them.

After that I'd stick with what we have thanks.

Di Maria is a class player and I rate him very highly but I also rate Sanchez very highly so it would be difficult to pick between the two.

No-one else stands out to me from the utd team.

Di Maria would get in ahead of Walcott, no point pretending otherwise.

My personal preference would be Mata ahead of Ozil as well

Your team isn't as great as the media make out a injury to Costa and your ****ed for goals. But if he stays fit you should win the league.

De Gea, Herrara, Di Maria, Falcao, RVP, Shaw and Rooney. With any other manager there Mata would get in your side to, he was your best player when you had him before , hence being 2 time player of the year for you

I think your being a touch over confident Matth. Last year, no chance, as not one single player was worthy, although nearly all were lacking confidence and playing poorly. We certainly have the potential to have a brilliant squad, but the QPR result was hardly a turning point.

If LVG can get MOST of the squad playing to 90% of their potential, then we have no worries whatsoever. The tricky bit is getting most of the squad playing at 90% TOGETHER. If he succeeds in that, we have no worries whatsoever

If you take Costa's goals away from us we've still scored 8 this season, which is still more than your lot. Only Everton have more.

It wasn't so long ago that "Costa won't adapt to the Premier League" now it's if he stays fit we win the league. Make your mind up lads.

De gea - wouldn't get in a head courtois.
Herrera - He wouldn't start ahead of fabregas, decent squad player though.
    Di maria - Yes.
Falcao - Rather have costa personally. Falcao might be a better finisher but his all round game isn't the best.
Shaw - Rather have azpil who is great defensively then shaw who's average in att and defence.
Rooney - Not sure with this one

It will be interesting to see how Falcao does in the PL. Costa has proven a big hit and he was Falcao's understudy at Atletico.

Surprised to see any Chelsea fans doubting Falcao's ability after he single handedly tore them a new one in the European Super Cup game.
