Could have put all the one he wants out in the shop windows and then blamed them for the defeat.

So why didn't he start Adel & Almond and also SWP. Before you all shout we had a game plan, we bloody didn't.

We learned the following from yesterday.

    1) Matt Philips needs to improve before we start shouting "are you SWP in disguise" at him, give it 3 more matches of no goals/assists or even crosses, we have a problem.
    2) Rio is past it, there I said it.
    3) Not sure about Caulker/Isla either, not shown a lot so far.
    4) Vargas is very small, is he allowed on a rollercoaster?
    5) Rob Green had a stinker, The first bounced on the line from the free kick. Poor, Poor soft goal.
    6) Niko was drenched in sweat by half time. He's still not fit. Argh!!!! Another injury soon if we keep playing him....
    7) We keep playing Clint Hill in a position he couldn't play 2 years ago? and still can't. Not his fault, he's supposed to be CB cover not a first choise FB. FFS!!!!
    8) Junior Likes to cut inside, watch out for that again the next time he plays. My left nut says he'll do it again., and again and again. He did try though.
    9) I still like Karl Henry, He could work at the bottom of a diamond for us. (I acknowledge he's a better sub than starter)
    10) Having missed large parts of the game yesterday I may be wrong about everything above

I just feel pathetic when we fail to turn up, but when we do it against Man Utd it's some how worse.

    Till next time.

    1) Matt Philips.... not sure yet he is able to cut it in prem.
    2) Rio... still useful for us and better than dunne.
    3) Caulker/Isla... think they will be good. Second half Isla given licence to push up more had good interplay with Vargas on the wing.
    4) Vargas is very small... Some of the best players are.
    5) Rob Green had a stinker, The first bounced on the line from the free kick.... no win situation as if he moves early and there is a touch it's past him and again berated. Remember Lee cook scoring a similar goal for us. Horrible for a keeper.
    6) Niko was drenched in sweat by half time. He's still not fit..... just think after chasing shadows everyone should have been sweating their nuts off trying.
    7) We keep playing Clint Hill..... Traore so much better when introduced and when running at them worried them on several occasions.
    8) Junior Likes to cut inside, watch out for that again the next time he plays. My left nut says he'll do it again., and again and again. He did try though.... yep but I always thought he was a right footer not a leftie.
    9) I still like Karl Henry, He could work at the bottom of a diamond for us. (I acknowledge he's a better sub than starter)... did well when he came on.

    Re: Opportunities Missed

Watching Hull v Hammers (2-2 - 5 min to play) and a couple of great goals from Abel Hernandez and Enner Valencia (truly fantastic).

    Anything you can do....
What. A. Goal! It is clearly a case of anything you can do I can do better with the big-money signings on show tonight. Enner Valencia outshines Abel Hernandez's opener as he runs square along the edge of the Hull area, opens up a bit of space for himself before curling an absolute stunner from all of 25 yards. Lovely stuff.
