    Good Morning Everyone,

    Whats new from the weekend?

    Quite a lot actually!

Redders does not want the hot seat at Elland Road, and Cellino has identified a foreign coach, he wants to take the reigns at Elland Road!!!

All we know is that he is foreign, and he is, or has been an international Coach!

Cellino says he's identified a head coach he wants. Wouldn't name him but described him as "foreign, an international coach."

Redders will definately take charge of the Bournemouth game, and may be in charge v Huddersfield!

Phil Hey caught with with Cellino after the Birmingham game and asked him about the comments Shaun Harvey made last week. Cellino said it was probably best he did not answer that question, but didn't seem overly worried.

What were your thoughts on Saturdays game?

Are we starting to turn that corner?

Were Birmingham as bad as their league position suggests?

Should we both had had a penalty?

Morning Eland and all. I was away for the weekend so watched full recording of the Birmingham game last night. Would sum it up as an hour of garbage and a watchable last half hour. Birmingham looked atrocious except for that young lad that caused us heaps of problems at the end.
Ive always maintained Cellino will have a plan b ready in case fl try coming after him again. Hes far too clever for the dumbness in that association. We really could do with another four points this week to distance ourselves a bit from the rubbish around the bottom.

Morning Eire, that young Birmingham lad was bloody quick, cgood control too. We need someone like that!!!

I think it will take time to adjust from hoofball to passing.

All the Managers in the past (not sure about Grayson) have been looking for a quick fix. Keep hoofing and hope.

Finally we starting to pass, wonder if its just coincidence that it started when we had Cook and Mowatt in he starting line up

Good morning to Matt and his gang from a very dull Cote de Bardsey
I think its well documented what I think about Reeders getting the job fulltime not enough experience at this level showed I thought on Saturday against a poor Brum team not ably led by Lee Clarke who cant speak English which worries me when Cellino wants a foreign coach!
This pitter patter football may please the present coach but it just takes us nowhere it took 35 minutes before we had a shot of any sorts by half time we could have out of the game as to much room was afforded to Shea nobody closed him down he was running havoc and thanks to Silvestri who I thought had another good game the score was 0nly 1-0
At half time I would have taken off Mowatt who was ineffective and brought on Adryan Doukara and Austin .
Antenucci was getting himself in an offside position every time we played a ball up into their territory
There was too much of a gap between the strikers and midfield and NO PENENTRATION
So Redders failed to spot this its about time we went to a 442 and scrapped this diamond formation it leave our full backs totally exposed and at the moment is easy to defend as well
If I was Cellino I would have left Brum with young Gray as my new loanee with an agreement to buy him in January he was that good what a talent this boy has and the wow factor to get the crowd on its feet something we sorely missI have no doubt what so ever in stating that this boy will be a STAR
New COACH please don't let it be Sven!

Morning elland and the gang ... thanks for the morning fix ... Eire and Mike speak the truth, so not much to add in terms of Breakfast questions really ... Bournemouth will be tough, but every game in this league is winnable ... jeez, I couldn't believe how poor Brum were, and if they don't sack LC they are doomed this season ... majority of teams are pretty darn average in truth, so if we can get our **** together we can actually do very well this season ... pull your finger out Massimo

Well we've certainly got the lowest average at 8 per game, we also concede the third highest with an average of 16.17 shots against us per game. Only Bolton and Cardiff are higher on that one

    Morning all <ok>

Morning all. Think we are starting to turn a corner. We got a reasonable draw with the nucleous of the side starting to take shape. Byram should be back soo, which will put Beradi on the bench. The two CBs seem to be doing okay & Warnock is a depenable LB. We need to find a formation that allows us to play with a bit more width, or Byram/Warnock need to have more license to roam forward. Think I'd like to see Ajose playing somewhere to give us a natural winger. But it's all progress.

Think you may be right Boggers, but I think its more of a very large roundabout were turning rather than just a corner. Long way to go still <ok>
