I have to say that was the most complete performance by a city side for a long long time.

Every player did their job perfect, there was no man of the match,no player that stood head and shoulders above any other, that was a team performance.

Donny have won on there travels with ease, yet we destroyed them today, there players were demorilised by the slick footy our boys produced.

Today showed me why i have us down for top spot come the end.

    Well done the team.

We limited a team that was in the Championship last season and who have won both their previous away games, to one shot on target. And we destroyed them at the back, even if the three goals were a bit scrappy.

What a transformation since last December!

Yep said it at the start and this team will only get better as time goes by,still bedding in still learning.
Donny could not cope with our play today.

Im glad others are starting to see us as title favourites,i see the bookies have us down as favourites for top spot.

Lads I am as proud and happy with the way we are progressing as you but we are only 7 games in, so far our team has been brilliant but there is a long season to go, we don't want to get above ourselves, lets just take it a step at a time, enjoy our improvement and successes but be ready for what might be round the corner, injuries, virus's, big money offers and the rest..

    One step at a time....

Complete performance? Not sure about that! Don't know what Frank was doing the whole game. Ok so he gone another game without conceding but I didn't see him in the opposition box once. We need a new keeper quickly :)

Of course we are only seven games into the season.
And while we are winning matches, we have not been playing flowing, attractive, showboating football.

    BUT:
We are unbeaten in seven, having lost only once in the last TWENTY LEAGUE GAMES.
Good teams who win championships and trophies do not win 5-0 every time. They have an ability to do just enough to get three points without having to play at anywhere near 100%. 1-0 to the Arsenal, the Leeds and Liverpool sides of the 70's and 80's just ground out 1-0 and 2-0 wins.

Those who know me, know that I rarely get too optimistic about anything. Life like football is liable to kick one on the goolies at any time.

But I predict now that this team will not lose more than five games all season and will win automatic promotion!

100% with you,Frank is the weakest in the current team,I think SC knows that.Personally i think he is wanting the right player to replace him.

Nice to see we are not just wasting money,SC seems to know good players.

Wouldn't quite call it a complete performance, but it was the best all round effort I have seen for a long time, with everybody taking a role. Doncaster were never in it and we restricted them to just 1 shot on target-

Bryan stood out a little more than the rest, but no one played badly- We did look a little untidy 2nd half and some errors might have been punished on another day- Doncaster certainly contributed to their own downfall, but I did like the look of Agard, who at least seemed to get into the right areas to be a threat- He isn't able to chase a ball like Baldock, which seemed to be the approach 1st half-

Agard was ten foot taller after his goal, unlucky to not get a hat trick in the end. All in all a very comfortable performance and a pleasure to watch. Does make a change.... Got these things called fingernails these days!

I did read the whole bit,but i was refering to my ongoing concern that our goal keeper is the weakest link in our first team.:emoticon-0149-no:

Fielding didn't have a lot to do, but what he did do, he did well.

Two clean sheets running and a decent run in the side will do his confidence no harm at all

But you said I 100% agree with you, with the comment that loahsyned said, when the comment was tongue in cheek.
Fair play you didn't even read Cidered Abroad fully, the one where he asked if you read the other comment fully. <laugh>
