Pulis realistically for me. What he did with Palace last season was nothing short of a miracle.

I've voted Bruce but would prefer De Boer, Rosler, Laudrup or McClaren over him.

First thing I thought after the game was how many of those players would have dared walk back into our dressing room if he'd been the one waiting for them in there.

Moyes can do it on the cheap, gets organized, has a plan b and motivates average players.Would also give the young lads a chance.

This. Pulis and Bruce definitely wouldn't.

Also, only Moyes is actually better than Pards, from that list, unless we're at the stage where Pulis playing hoofball is an option for us? Last time I checked, we've got a team of midgets...

Bruce is a very good appeaser and people pleaser, but as my father is a Brummie fan, I've followed Bruce's work quite a bit. He hops from mid-table club to mid-table club (once he's depleted their resources), never achieving a fat lot (except getting fat), and he frequently spends money abysmally. I could see a scenario where Ashley goes to him "hey Steve, wanna spend £20 million here", but unfortunately it involves me waking up with crusty bed-sheets and paranoid delusions.

Moyes did very good work under very tight conditions at Everton, so would be the best placed of all the candidates. He plays better football than most give him credit for, but he's still very much a function-first type, not necessarily a bad thing when our current function seems to be purposefully dropping the soap in a prison...

Lennon? Eh, Celtic might as well reward a departing manager with a media studies degree <laugh><laugh><laugh>

Clarke's not even worth writing anything witty about.

Lets face facts here, none of those guys would EVER come here. What we need is slobbering goon, fresh out of a Mental home with an IQ of less than 50 with an occasional interest with football!

    HANG ON!!!!

    We have already got one.
    Problem Solved!!
Lets extend Pardews contract for an extra 5 years. That should give him time to get us into the ****ing Ryman League..

The useless, lying, cowardly, thick C**T!!!!!

We really need someone who can organise us defensively and stop us conceding so many goals. Conceding two early on throws any game plan out of the window. Of the options provided I think Moyes would be the one who could do this while still playing reasonably attractive football.

Whether he would come or not is a different story. He can't afford another failure after his last one.

That is a **** set of options. I wouldn't want any of them. The crazy thing is I think they'd all turn down the job.

I'd hope for something more progressive like an Eddie Howe, Uwe Rosler, or Paul Clement.

I have a vile feeling if he did go we would do something silly and bring in that pub manager lennon and that would probably finish me off once and for all.

Voted Moyes, but can't see it.

Will probably be either, Lennon, Bruce or Pulis. None of which would be bad choices.

None of them will be our next manager. Moyes would be decent enough but I don't think he'd want the job.

Clarke / Lennon? no thanks, that would be a total disaster. they're both hopeless
Pulis? f** no... HOOOF HOOOF FOUL ....but he'd not go somewhere he doesn't have transfer control anyways.
Bruce? it'd be a slight step up from Pardew I guess but I'm not sure he'd say yes to working with Ashley

I'd like to see McClaren in charge actually, but I don't think even he would be fool enough to take the job.
