Curries, ain't had an Indian for ages, but if i was to have, it would only be a mild one. Strange as i eat the hottest Thai curries going, but Indians **** me right up.

Lamb phal for me, the hotter the better. But, as an ex chef of 15 years, I am going to blow my own trumpet and say I make the best curry going. Use my own home grown devils tongue chillies, its fantastic and bloody hot.

Favourite Indian is probably a Chicken Tikka Madras, no cardamom though, if I find one of them in my food the whole lot's getting ditched in the bin.

Load of pilau rice and a big peshwari naan as well, bosh.

I like Thai and Malaysian curries more than Indian food though, once had a Thai jungle curry that more or less destroyed my internal organs for a week.

Looooooooooooove a Dansak, even though that Persian apparently still a staple of an Indian takeaway.

Disco- whats wrong with takeaways? I eat plenty and and look like a Greek statue, but with a bigger wang.

Agreed, anything much stronger then becomes more of a challenge than enjoyment, for me anyway.
