If the Club has been for sale since April - how come the news has never leaked out?

Everything he says is bollocks. The main point of that press conference was to 'prove' that he didn't lie about the 24 hours thing. He's hoping we won't notice he actually said 'walk away within 24 hours' at the time, not 'put the club up for sale'. He repeated it more than once and in different ways but it was always about him being completely gone in 24 hours. All these ideas and conspiracies are bollocks, all that matters to him is being right.

 

Later on, it was played down as a hypothetical 24hrs, or some such ****e.

 

Is a club ever truly "not for sale?"

 

How could you possibly walk away after 24 hours when you have invested so much money into the club?

Surely putting the club up for sale is the same principle.

The news didn't need to be leaked Stanley."On April 10th I had announced that the club was for sale".
I'm not quite sure who he announced it to though.Maybe to his wife over a cup of tea or maybe just to himself in the mirror,but the information was obviously out there for all to see.


Or it's yet another lie to add to all the others he keeps telling us,and more importantly himself,that helps keep his fantasy world bravado alive.
