    It seems its being reported that the player is pretty sure of it but no one else is saying anything.
    maybe they should ask his mum up in Chester- might be the new Ian Rush;)

    It'd be a bit odd for the player to basically announce that he was joining if he wasn't, so I guess we are signing him.

    He was in consideration for the England U20 World Cup squad, though he eventually missed out, so you'd have thought he's got something about him.
    Negligible fee and he's young, so it's an uninspiring but relatively risk free transfer, I guess.
