If I was the prosecution my case wouldve lasted 10 seconds: "Mr Pistorius, you claim you thought the person in the bathroom was an intruder so you blindly shot through the door. At what point do you not knock on the bathroom door, shout "is that you, luv? I've got a gun here and will shoot in 3 seconds unless you say it's you". Case closed.

there was never enough evidence that it was a pre planned murder and that is what they go off...evidence not opinion. he will be done for manslaughter and get a few years inside
