Bob, although Summer's over and early Autumn has arrived, trainers Philip Hobbs and Peter Bowen's charges are still always worth checking on. Had a couple or so good winners this Summer from these two good-to-firm or good ground specialist trainers. Tomorrow at Worcester there's only one, and that's in the 15:10, According To Sarah, trained by Hobbs. Has a squeak I reckon, as she's definitely open to improvement. Going forecast: Good-to-firm, good in places. At Perth, there's only one too, that's Peter Bowen's Book'em Danno in the 19:00 race. It is Jamie Moore's only ride up there, long way to travel for trainer, jockey, and horse? Dunno about Book'em Danno, possible favourite so odds might not be so attractive, also he seems to be a bit of a Market Rasen specialist? Have to have another think tomorrow about this one. Going forecast: Good. Good luck with your three!
4.00 Redcar- Andriego- 6/1 Has great consistent form on good ground including a 3rd over c&d last time; will go close 4.20 Leics - Secretinthepark- 5/1 Is running well at the moment and Hughes is 3/9 for the stable
Take note of When Elliot sends his troops over can't believe I didn't spot him today he has a few tomorrow so will do a Taglitelle and IC Gold double
A rare blank day for AP yesterday, with none of his 3 mounts at Newton Abbot managing to win. 5 rides at Worcester today, including 4 "Jason Maguire rides" (2 for Donald McCain and 2 for Kim Bailey), which ought to yield at least a double.
Ron style bet today as I cant see the wood through the trees Anderiego looks big at 6s so little win and favourite treet returned from a long break in good style lto finnishing in 4th just behind adre so an ew on treet at 14s as the fitness may have improved
Today ha to be the easiest day for a treble got on AP after his win in the 1st read Baileys blog and was please do leave sun blazer alon just need the McCain horse to hose up is the shortest of the lot too
RobinsFarmRacing @RobinsFarmRacin · 8h The stunning Pearl Bell heads to Redcar today. We hope to see improvement from her last run. #gorgeousfilly Must be embarassing when your ex horse wins the race @ 12/1
I spoke too soon lol AP gets beat on 1/5 shot don't see that a lot although he should t have been that price to start still odds on. Bookies have got some revenge
Thanks, Bob, will have a bit on the Bowen runner at Perth 7 p.m., but can't say I fancy him as much as I did the Hobbs mare. She did see it out well, must say.
Yes, that doesn't surprise me, Book'em Danno is without doubt a Market Rasen specialist. Long way to go for a gallop though? Not a bad day, however.
