England win by 3 runs. Was probably an exciting ending, but when Dhoni started hitting it around in the final over I couldn't watch. Cowardice cost me :)

I like Sarah Milligan as well. Both her and Jo Brand are good on board-type shows.

I like Jo Brand more and more these days.

Her delivery has begun to annoy me, although I still do find her funny occasionally.

In amusing Scotland Referendum news, apparently ten of their starting XI tonight can't vote.<laugh>

Scotland scored a very good goal to equalise against Germany. 4 minutes later Germany scored to make it 2-1. Nevertheless, the Scotland goal was of excellent quality, and they have played well so far.

That was an exciting game of cricket. I'm glad the Rovers Return won in the end!

At the risk of Tom's ire, that ref in the Scotland game was awful.

I don`t think he did Scotland any favours, especially with a couple of last man decisions - WGS isn`t a happy bunny!

Didn't see the game so can't disagree (or agree).

Not a bad performance but didn't get their passing going.

I just saw the second half, and although it did cross my mind that he gave the odd 50/50 decision to Germany, the commentators said he'd had a good game overall, one of which was Alan McInally, so there's an independant assessment. I thought he was OK-ish myself.

They represent Scotland on the world stage, and yet they have no say in it's future. It's bizarre.

Only people who live in Scotland can vote on its future...nothing bizarre about that. They will be the ones affected by it...not someone of Scottish descent living in Barbados or Australia.

Quote from Morgan after the Serbia games: I will continue to work with my club. Even though there was always a little disappointed not to be able to leave this summer, I know it's part of football. Southampton has done everything to keep me and, in addition, he made a nice recruiting. It is thanks to this club that I could join the team of France, and now I have to be focused on only Southampton can return regular selection. "

That`s right - non-Scottish people living in Scotland have the vote. That seems democtratic to me.
