OK maybe he needs to have direct engagement with the Supporters not questions in advance so that like politicians he can sweep the tough stuff away in advance. Just honesty no matter how it hurts. He can surely see he is not a popular individual and its not because he has made tough decisions, exactly the oppisite he has failed to make the right decisions at the right time, And that is a sign of weakness, big bucks dont make the man. Honestly think GJ is the only manager who'll get you back to the FL. Higgs and co should bite the bullet and get GJ at any cost. If GJ had a daughter we'd have made the Prem, He single handedly raised YTFC from the Conference to the Championship. These achievements border on the miraculous. Junior has retired. GJ is your best/only option.
