Only about 40,000 tickets sold, Fans planning a walk out, Rooney as captain, not won FA since 66 & a laughing stock at the world cup. They really should take a look at the Germany´s national team & learn from their togetherness & work rate. German football starts at 5 yo over here when little Heinz is taken to train with the mini kickers.
All the German national 11 started here. I´ve seen footage of Reus, Hummels, Götze, Schweinsteiger (which means pig mounter btw) & some others playing as kids. The set up here is 1st class & it´s a big reason why they get top quality players coming through year in year out. What do our youth do ? Play tour of duty, Fifa, assasins creed & then do out a vandalise every thing & mug poor people young & old.

    "ENG EERRRRRR...... FORGET IT."

Yes man Roy & the sponsorship boys have killed the last bits of interest. I'd rather Norway get a result tonight, force the national set up to have a long hard look at itself. (well, that would take about four years of bad results, but must start somewhere)

What's 4 years of bad results when we have already had 40!

Whats happened is that the players think that playing for England is a chore, not a honour and are playing like it.

Add to that it is a friendly against a team no one here gives a crap about - will anyone be shouting "remember the vikings" or want to see the likes of Morten Gamst Pedersen?

Also the game is on a Wednesday night - will finish at 10 meaning that if you were here in Leicester, the best time you can hope for getting home is 2am at the earliest if you are really lucky.

What the FA should have done is have the game earlier so it finishes at a resonable time and reduce the group tickets for this meaningless game - 3 for the price of 2 or something - but they are a bunch of money grabbing fat cat with their heads so far up their arses, they are back on their necks and are charging full price.

The mass walkout is a good idea tbh - won't be protesting the team as we can't help how **** the players we have are - but the FA for treating us like crap.

The FA dinosaurs won't listen, so long as the money rolls in, which it does sadly, then it will be same old same old.

Culmination of years of short-sightedness and greed...

At the World Cup you could see what it meant to the players of other countries as the national anthem was played ... for many of our players international football appears to be a chore rather than the honour it should be ... an unwelcome interruption into the bling culture of the Premier League ... the players have looked like they 'can't be arsed' for too long ... and the fans have, at long last, reacted with their feet ... the cash cow is dying unless the pride is restored ...and the culture changes

The whole infrastructure of English football needs an overhaul - plus Roy 'safe pair of hands' Hodgson is not the man for the job IMHO ... he typifies the FA ... old, conservative, stubborn and lacking any real vision ... some pundits have tried to put a positive spin on the World Cup campaign but the reality is that we finished bottom of an average group that included two teams who's population is less than that of London ... the manager insisted on playing players out of position to try and accommodate certain individuals rather than picking the best 'team' i.e players that were 'in form' for their clubs in their positions ...
