Dying a slow and painful death this DT malarkey and I really must confess to not giving a flying **** what your Mums have made you lot for lunch. In fact skip lunch and nip to the bookies and stick your dinner money on VALMINA 14-1 Bath 3:20. Three times a course and distance winner and lobbed in on the best of his form, smart claimer in the saddle too!
I think it been castrated , Rather like the end of the many oscar winning film one who flew over the cocoes nest. I find myself decyfering races just to try to bring some passion back (to no avail ). Anyway there was once a fabulous saying if you cant beat them join them , I do have one slight problem though I rarely eat dinner or have time for it these days . So in hindsight I have carefully prepared rolls for lunch , not as one would imagine though ! Oh no these are not boring though . The rolls were from an average supermarket along with the butter coleslaw and bbq sauce. The main ingredient was from the butchers a nice piece of pork , carefully prepared with paprika dark demera sugar and salt rub blasted in the oven for 30 mins to create a bit of crackling then the TIP of the day slow cooked for 7hrs absolutly exquisite. My mouth is watering now I give you bbq pulled pork rolls . Beat that then boys and girls
I should be saying with Ryan on board that Kinematic will at last get off the mark. But from the same yard I fancy Equitanus to cause a bit of a surprise in the first at Salisbury. You wouldn't like much what I had for lunch and I wasn't that keen on it myself.
Christ almighty uncle I'm positively slavering on my keyboard reading that - sounds amazing AP goes to Southwell today with the following mounts: 2.10 Ever So Much for Ben Haslam - 3 horse race, currently 8/15 fav 3.10 Into The Wind for Jim Best - 4 runs in Maiden Hurdles, tailed off in each of them, beaten an aggregate of 220 lengths, makes handicap debut off a mark of 87 - currently 5/2 joint fav 4.45 Listen and Learn for Jonjo - 100/30 fav, a well-beaten 2nd last time out trying to give weight to the rejuvenated Master Of The Hall, goes off the same mark today Ever So Much should win and I wouldn't bet against the treble coming in ..............
18-1 currently with Victor I am sure you will all want to know - so - lunch today will be same as yesterday and last week and last month, as I'm a boring old fart - ham and cheese salad rolls with mayo. I love 'em!!!
Morning, pilgrims. I’ll be forgoing the ‘top table’ extravagance later on and opting for a quiet corner to read today’s ‘Weekender’. Think I’ll probably opt for some sandwiches and perhaps a bag of crispies and some fruit.
After all that I hereby opt out of culinary and nutritional reports. Good luck with your bets today and adios............... Oh, I stuck half the house on Valmina (@12/1 e/w), even though it sounds like a rheuma rub!
That's because AP's mount Into The Wind is a NR and he has picked up the ride on Saint Helena. Presumably.
8/1 into 7/4 - AP's mount drifts to 5/1 meaning the rule 4 is smaller then becomes a non runner. At 5/1 the rule 4 is 15p so therefore anyone on at 8/1 is on at 6.8/1 and even if you got on at 7/4 you would still be on at just under 6/4 about a 5/4 shot. Very shrewd, shame I didn't notice it earlier as it is a trick he pulls very often
Afternoon All One for me that takes the eye today and that is: 5.05 Lingfield Zugzwang - Won over C&D just over 2 weeks ago and is 2-2 from the track. Each way value at Odds of 10/1 (B365) Cheers Trevez
