Because of our own awful mismanagement of the transfer window. We still need a CB and DM = Arsenal don't know how to do transfer windows.

Yes! I found it far more amusing to do it that way. It's my coping mechanism for my annoyance.

 

I don't disagree, and I accept we can't compete with clubs who want to spend £200m+ in a single window, but my concern is that we target players who are excess to requirements for the top clubs.
Welbeck would be 4th choice at Utd yet he immediately becomes our first choice....

I am not that annoyed about Welbeck think he has the quality to be great and most importantly blooded in the BPL. My frustration is we are doing this stuff hours before the deadline day shuts with still a CB and a DM needed.
