The amount of rubbish you come out with seems endless. Are you seriously trying to pretend Liverpool wern`t held to ransom over the Carrol deal? A player who only 6mths earlier, Newcastle had touted to other clubs for £34 million LESS. When you mention bargaining, i take it by that you are making reference to chequebook Jenny offering £6 million more for a player that had already agreed terms with us, and turned Liverpool down for a second time.
KingPepeReina ah yes, but why the change of subject, your all to happy to dis united yet when compared with liverpool you dodge the truth, to me thats backed ina corner you just cant bring yourself to admit that despite united not being 'outstanding' as you put it cant bare to say how mediocre liverpool are but wait i bet you think liverpool would have beaten barca, go on make my day. which is it, you may just wriggle out that corner, either way whatever anser you give me will be hillarious.
Since we're talking about low IQs, ArabianExpat you do realise you've forgotten to change the name of the club you support? Bit of a failed WUM aren't you.
Arabian Expat. It looks like you've been caught out.Try and wriggle out of that one.If you're man enough. If not,**** off our board and leave it to sensible posters who want ot have sensible debate all things LFC.
I think the general concensus in th eleague is United are nowhere near what tey used to be. e xpat Chelsea do not fear UNited, neither Chelsea Liverpool Arsenal Wolves or City, where as in the past that would have been the case, it is also generally recognised Fergie dragged them to the finish this season, without him United would not have been in the running never mind champions, the CL, well that fact that UNited fans and club took pride in beating the meagre offerings put up as challenges as some sort of achievement when the quaters and semi were challenges West ham had a chance in, shows that ye never realised how bad ye were unitl ye faced Barca, and yes it was their cup final like it was ours supposedly when again your team failed to produce drive comitment and skill. As you have probablyoften said, history is in the past, and the season ahead is going to be very difficult for UNited as much as the rest, if not more so if last seasons issues are not addressed as you can't yet again hope Chelsea and Arsenal will collapse and also hope LFC and City are not improved, last season United were very poor and got very lucky with other teams falling apart at crucial times, to not ackowledge this is what costs you credibility.
With respect to the OP, the biggest difference between United and 'Pool is that United are a highly successful team, playing on the international stage
And Spurs are a small club in North London that nobody gives a **** about and are going to lose their nitwit manager whose off to serve her majesty in Parkhurst for not paying his tax returns. The same manager that left two clubs Southampton and Portsmouth in financial disarray.
Excellent content, nice, not surprised you're on here, not a lot goin on with your own club, and prepare to sink even lower thins season, its gonna be some time before ye lot make it into the CL again. Spurs are great at conceding 4 goals Two managers and serious woe and tey stil had to look over their shoulders even though it is smooth sailings for them the past few seasons, says a lot
Okay; 18 league titles and 5 European titles is not highly successful. When was the last time you won the league and/or European title by the way?
Especially when 'Arry leaves for 3 years inside.Glen Hoddle is available. He's unemployed so you won't be paying any compensation. The last time Spurs won the league.Ken Barlow had acne, and gay meant happy.
No one is disputing that 'Pool used to be a great club; I'm certainly not. You've done great things in the past, and were probably the biggest club in the world, once upon a time. But that was then. This is now
The only job 'Arry's going to get is coaching the Parkhurst prison team.It will be another version of Mean Machine.
Exactly. KPR, Why do you and seemingly all liverpool fans think that every Spurs fan is deeply worried about Harry perhaps leaving? He's not irreplaceable and there's plenty of managers about that could come in a change things up. It really isn't this hugely, hurtful remark that you think it is. Dalglish on the other hand..... Whilst a stroke of genius by the new owners to get the fans on side, he hasn't managed in years and how long did his last couple of jobs last? What if Dalglish doesn't work out at Liverpool and they stagnate in mid table, not picking up cups or European places, are the owners really going to sack the fan's favourite, "King" Kenny? How will you feel about him then if that happens?
Everything any club has achieved to date is literally in the past, if you want to get technical. Nobody is currently in the process of winning anything, since the season is closed.
haha how lame, picking up on the fact i have put liverpool on as team i support. thats the least of your worries another change of subject their pepereina, why do u continue to dodge the real issue. so come on wriggle out the corner you got yourself in rather than try to deflect the question two changes of subject means your either to stupid to understand what you said thats so funny, or you cant bring yourself to admit that despite uniteds so called flaws your own side can only dream of what they achieved last season, so whats it to be i think a third change of subject pmsl. the words people use when backed into a corner often give a great idea of the kind of person they are, you my friend come out with insults and foul language as thats your only means of communication, talk about sensible posters your as educated as much as my belly button fluff. now try wriggle out that open space come on third time lucky. BringBackfootie - do you not see the irony in this if united are so bad , what does that make every other team in the league cos at the end of the day they finished top of the pile, the more ppl comment the more idiotic it becomes, also im not a united fan
It won't affect his legendary status at all. People will respect him immensely for putting his reputation on the line to take over the club while we were in a mid-season crisis. It didn't affect Alan Shearer's legendary status that he took Newcastle down, and it will be a similar story here if he only finishes in a midtable position, though I highly doubt that we'll finish midtable.
Raaaul kenny only took over cos their was zero pressure on him the club was at an all time low, as soon as their was an ounce of pressure, ie qualify for europe he bottled it like he normally does, speaking of bottles heard hes back on the lash and carroll is his drinking partner.
