you shoulda signed Loic Remy, if he wanted to win trophies, he should have gone to you.
if he wants cash, he chooses Chelsea.
it speaks volumes about his character.

24 hours for Wenger to save his reputation because we are heading for a disaster.

Yeah but they did beat them. They also put six past Everton. So it's easy to make a comparison.

We had 24 attempts today and only scored 1 goal. If Wenger can't see we need a CF then he should be f**king sacked.

The manager is only interested in proving us all wrong with sanogo - even if it costs us our entire season I think. Wish I could be so crap at work like wenger and feel under no pressure at all about it from my boss.

Wengers has always gotr developing players i key positions, e.g. Sonogo, Wilshere. When they finally come good, the lack of trophies means these players go off to hungrier clubs. Wenger is probably gambling on WAlcott coming back, but he'll need a few weeks to get up to speed/form .... and then he'll get played out of position, injured ....

You might laugh at Man Utd, but at least they are seonding and when they get it right they will be back up there .... unlike Arsenal, who will still be fighting for 4th, and looking forward to the usual February drubbing in teh CL last 16.

This feels similar to the aftermath of the 8-2 thrashing; another case of the Emperor's New Clothes. The difference being we didn't lose today so Wenger will probably convince himself we don't need to strengthen up front.

He's one of the most successful managers the country has ever seen. He had 8 trophy filled years, then 8 years overseeing a stadium move and tight financial situation while still maintaining our CL status and getting close to a handful of trophies in that time, then last season began a new era of looser financial control and wenger added another two trophies to his record.

Think you might be overreacting saying he is bad at his job, no?

Absolute garbage performance. I said I would judge Wenger by the end of this transfer window and right now it's a massive thumbs down.

He's an intelligent man, of course he can see it. I think as always it comes down to money, Sanchez was obviously our transfer budget

Indeed. Strange how an attacking midfield of Cazorla, Ozil, Alexis and Ramsey could look so ineffective.

On the plus side, three correct predictions out of three for you this season <ok>

Ignoring the idiots on here panicking, tomorrow's not going to make any difference. Last year it was "We've bought Ozil, Ozil will change our squad". Then it was "We've bought Sanchez, Sanchez will change our squad". Now it's "We need a striker, a striker will change our squad".

At some point you just have to accept that there's no magical player who's going to solve this. Morons keep saying "Oh, if we bought that player, we'll win the league".

Sometimes you've just got to admit ... the tactics are wrong.

Sanogo missed chances a good striker would have buried today.

Really? 4th highest budget / 4th place annually - average at his job. Doesn't fill the obvious holes in the squad and incredibly stubborn. Your comment was true 10 years ago - not anymore

Doesn't need to be mutually exclusive.

There are few people here who defend Wenger's tactical abilities. Pretty much if it works, it works... if it doesn't we just try to brute force it with the same game plan. "No plan B" and all that.

If you do insist on winning a game by brute forcing your same tactics, a quality striker who takes his chances does help obviously.
