We need to get rid of 3-5-2. It's holding us back. It had it's moments in the promotion season and at times last season but now it's time to abandon it. Manchester United and QPR play 3-5-2 and it isn't working for them either. Something like this would be a lot better IMO: ..................McGregor Rosenior...Dawson...Davis....Robertson .......Huddlestone...Livermore Elmo.............Ince..............Brady ..................Jelavic We need width and Elmo and Brady would create chances and Brady chips in with the goals aswell.
Desperately need two strikers. Anyone who says we don't need a striker because we have Aluko, Sagbo and Ince who can play there is absolutley delusional.

I personally believe we need Meyler playing because out midfield is no existent just like it was on Thursday and they are steamrolling through it. Meyler closes down and makes it really difficult for the opposition to play.
We've signed one in Hernandez. It's no good having a striker if we can't get the ball to them. Look how deep Jelavic is having to come to get the ball, then tell me it's the strikers fault. We just lack creativity.
