I would put him well in front of Barkley mate. Barkley drifts in and out of games and doesn't like grafting. Amazing what playing a player in his best position does. Most of us knew Hendo's best position was MF and not as a winger. He has also grew some bigger balls. When he first went to the dippers he looked like Bambi and was always trying to give the ball to Gerrard as soon as possible. I saw him in one game recently shove Gerrard out of the way and took the ball. He is always looking forward to make things happen. We would be a much better team if he was playing instead of Larsson. There may actually be some decent forward passes to our forwards. As an aside did you see Ballotellis miscued effort when the keeper was off the line? Brilliant and on one shot you saw Rodgers laughing in the background behind Ballotelli. 2-0 up with a soft penalty for LIverool now.
I think he is by a distance. Amazing how he's developed as he often looked lost in the centre for us, was better right mid. His passing, vision & decision making have improved 10 fold, cracking player, and I love to see it.
