Reports of fighting, bottles thrown at players, fighting in the stands, flares and smoke bombs at the Worlds biggest Derby game last night, one comment " the are only plastic bottles"
Disgraceful behaviour but no doubt Gollum Lloyd will sweep it under the carpet next time he's on the radio extolling the virtues of "family friendly" RL
Again all week they talked abot a 20k+ crowd. I'm sure they keep saying it in the hope that if you repeat something enough times it becomes a fact.
Yawn... change the ****ing record... boring ****s. Bitter Twisted Petty If this was about a rival football team I'd get it.
Hmmm, personally Id say it comes from having "the world's biggest derby", "bumper crowd", "heading for sell-out" and "unbelieveable support" rammed down our throats for weeks yet if City got under 18,500 for a match against a team from 250 miles away - never mind just 6 miles - it would be described as "worrying".
Add to the fact we constantly get reminded how amazing and successful Hull and Rovers are yet have had less success then clubs from towns the size of Beverley.
I never knew how small Batley was until I moved to Leeds. It's a ****ing village. How many times have they won the challenge cup?
Three times, exactly the same as Hull and twice more then Rovers. Featherstone have won the same amount of Challenge Cups as Hull. Yet you can fit the full population of Featherstone and Hulls average attendance from this season in the KC at the same time.
'There was a loud mouth idiot sat in front of us who threw a bottle. And as if we didnt hate him enough, he then starts chanting "dirty black bastard" at mickey pea.' 'How many bottles was thrown on the pitch. I saw 1 which was thrown by a man in his mid fifties' 'north east stand starting fighting and letting red smoke off' 'and fighting with coppers no need its a family game' Family game my arse, about time these pikeys and their worthless sport were all sent packing, constantly bringing shame on this City.
The rest of this thread has proved my point. Bitter Twisted Petty I'll get you some Strepsils for that throat that's had so much 'rammed down it'.
They can drink in their seasts cant they? I'd suggest if you were allowed to at City our own beer takings would increase tenfold.
Might have something to do with them being allowed to sit in their seats. EDIT: Ah, BCC beat me to it.
You can and that's obviously why it's higher, I was just a little surprised that it was so much higher.
Aren't they allowed to drink in the stands at rugby? It clearly states in title what the thread is about. If you don't like it why make the effort to contribute?
