I think we were all worried once the news that Torres was going to Milan came out. We must have a contingency plan in place for this, surely? It's not that surprising.
not surprising at all but if it happens he will get slated by fans. I don't like Chelsea any more than other fans but I can understand Remy going there. He has never said anything else other than he wants CL games. Fans think players should be loyal, get real there is no loyalty in football from either side. Managers get rid of players they don't need, players move if they get want they want elsewhere. Simple as that.
All true. The question is what is/was Plan B by Harry and the board. It would be negligent not to have a plan B as they knew the clause was there - it will be interesting to see what their options were to losing a very influential player across the season who was expected to bag 20 goals for us.

Disappointing but not surprising. Afraid he has used us a stepping stone to greater things and shown very little, if any loyalty. They would have had targets identified when Remy went to Liverpool medical. So will be a matter if those strikers are still available. But we do need 2 strikers
They could stop him talking to Chelsea if it interfered with his duties - ie match day and he was supposed to be playing.
