Didn't lassad or the other guy we signed at the same time, whom I cant recall his name, score 20 odd goals in the Spanish second division. Not saying he'll be s**te, but chances are he will be. Our striking scouts are woeful
Apparently, terms have been agreed. On the upside, he seems to be the penalty box striker we're crying out for. On the downside, we'll be his 10th club and he's only 24 - doesn't sound too promising.
As long as he has a bit of physicality about him i'll be happy. If he's any good it will be a bonus. I want to see a striker getting in among the opposition defenders a la Chris Sutton, I know he won't be like that but here's hoping he's no shrinking violet.
From YouTube he didn't look that physical. He looked slightly build and never powered through defenders to score
He looks different class to any of our current strikers. Hope we keep Van Dijk against his will, Lawell is shouting that we dont need to sell now so prove it. Id rather have an unhappy Van Dijk than no Van Dijk.

Yep, read that earlier. England is no longer the market we are operating in, none of the other countries - the big ones - are keen on the EPL transfer market so there's no reason we should just because players happen to be playing in a neighbouring country.
deal is aff http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...g-minute-Stefan-Scepovic-transfer-U-turn.html Celtic were left enraged last night after top signing target Stefan Scepovic staged a last-minute U-turn over his planned move to Glasgow. The Serbian international passed a medical in Madrid yesterday – and had already secured a work permit allowing him to complete the £2.2million switch from Sporting Gijon. Despite also having agreed personal terms on a four-year contract with the Celtic Park hierarchy, however, Scepovic broke the news that he wouldn’t be closing the deal. rumour on twitter is that he is signing for getafe
Yep, heard whispers yesterday that he'd changed his mind. Too late now to find a replacement so we'll probably sell Virgil.
