Seems to be a lot of pessimism about our signings, I think some are fantastic. Moreno looks to be a talented young player who'll only learn from his experiences in this (his first) season. Lovren is a beast and will be a great CB for years to come, I have no doubt about that. Lallana seems to be the one which puzzles most with calls that he's nothing special and massively over priced. I think, despite being old (relatively), that he's still got room for improvement as a late bloomer. Maybe he cost more than we expected, but so did Henderson. I think he'll have a similar place in our team over the next year or two as a player who's name is straight on the team sheet. His link up play and passing is great, he works hard and presses and is flexible in where he plays. In fact, the only player I'm not convinced on is Balotelli...never mind his attitude issues and off the field problems (on the field too), I just think he's ok and nothing more. Anyone can score worldies with enough efforts and arrogance to try them. I am willing to trust BR though.
Robben, Benzema... and that's only this season. Didn't he also say Suarez wasn't leaving? He hasn't actually predicted anyone that the papers hadn't already picked for us either has he? I don't think any of the journalists really know whats going on better than any of the others... they're all mostly in the dark.

Benteke! That's it... my mistake...mixed the two up in my head. I appreciate hearing the rumours from him in the thirst for more knowledge... but I doubt he really knows much more than any other journalist.
I'm glad you were joking as I didn't have a clue how to prove it It was all written out by him, though. Before he got this job, he used to do rugby league. He told me a story about the current Warrington coach, the lantern-jawed twat. My mate knew a young lad who was very ill with cancer and was a massive Warrington fan.
